I have over 10 years experience and interest in raising the profile and benefits of cycling to Disabled people. I used to be a registered occupational therapist and can see how inclusive cycling can be useful as therapy and for recovery and rehabilitation. I am one of Cycling UK's 100 Women in Cycling 2019 for founding inclusive cycling charity Wheels for Wellbeing in 2007 and for my continued work raising awareness with health professionals of the possibilities of cycling for their patients/ service users/ clients. I'm also an Ambassador for Sheffield Cycling 4 All and Wheels for Wellbeing.
